IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ

 

Registration Fees  :  $350.00 + ball  - IF PAID BY 3RD WEEK

                                :  $400.00 and game fees increase to $70.00  UNTIL REGISTRATION IS PAID IN FULL

 

Game Fees  :  $50.00 each week -  THIS MUST BE PAID BEFORE TAKING THE FIELD

 

Uniforms  :  Same colour shirt – WITH NUMBER, same colour shorts – ANY PLAYER  NOT IN FULL UNIFORM BY 3RD WEEK  CANNOT TAKE THE FIELD

 

Referees : All teams must name a team referee. Nomination will not be taken unless referee is nominated.  It is the teams duty to ensure that your team referee does his/her duty when down to referee.

If named referee cannot referee on any night, he/she must get a replacement from his/her team.

 

IF NO REFEREE TURNS UP TO REFEREE WHEN NOMINATED - $40.00 FINE AND REFEREE WILL INCUR A 2 WEEK SUSPENSION, ALSO TEAM WILL RECEIVE NO POINTS.

No nomination will be taken unless a referees is nominated. This referee (or replacement) must referee when appointed or team will be left out of draw.

 

PLEASE NOTE :

 

1.   REGISTRATION FEE : $350.00 ( includes ball) PER TEAM.  MUST BE PAID BY 3RD WEEK OF COMPETITION. IF REGISTRATION NOT PAID IN FULL BY 3RD WEEK, REGISTRATION WILL THEN BE $400.00 (no ball)  Game fees will increase to $70.00 until registration paid in full

2.   Game fees :  $50.00 per team.  Must be paid prior to team playing

3.   All teams must play in full uniform : team shirt ( with numbers) shorts, shoes ( no metal tags) and socks. Any player not in uniform, will not be able to   take the field.

4.   Each team must supply two referees . If your team does not have a level 1 ( or above ) referee, a referees course ( FREE) will be held early in the season.

5. By filling out this nomination form, we agree to abide by the rules of Mackay Touch Association.
